Talking. With a friend, an audience, an animal, a brick wall… it’s my zone of genius. Specifically, finding words for all things nebulous.

What kind of conversation would you be excited to have?

I’m stoked about conversations around embodiment, how we build and sustain nourishing communities/relationships, and how we show up braver and more rebellious as entrepreneurs.

What’s one interesting & human fact about you?

I love being around horses and they scare the shit out of me.
